Where do I find the Sauna Garden?
The Sauna Garden is opening on June 12 at Eagle Street & Toledo Street, right along the river, in Minturn. You can find it by taking Eagle St behind Alpine Kind as you enter Main Street!
What time is the Sauna Garden open?
To start the season we will be open three hours a day, four days a week, as follows:
Thursdays & Fridays 5-8 PM
Saturdays & Sundays 8-11 AM
How do I book a session? Do I need to book ahead of time?
You can book a session here, or find the link in our Instagram bio! You can pay for your session as a drop in, or use a pre-purchased pass. Don't have a pass yet? You can buy one when you book!
We encourage you to book a session ahead of time, but it is not necessary!
What do I need for my session?
A swimsuit for bathing, one towel for sitting on and one for drying off after the plunge, a reusable water bottle, and sandals for walking from plunge to sauna and hanging out at the lounge.
We ask that patrons come to the sauna clean, without dirt or dust, excessive sweat, lotions, or sunscreen to help keep the sauna & plunges clean.
Can I book a private session?
Not during normal operating hours, but we are happy to arrange private events! Whether it's just a private sweat for you and your person, or you're hoping for a larger wellness event to celebrate and gather, we are happy to work with you to make it happen.
Can I plunge in the river?
Short answer: No.
Long answer: If you want to take on the inherent risks of entering the river, we cannot stop you. However, we cannot legally encourage or endorse entering the river for a plunge, and we are not liable for any bodily harm that comes from your decision to enter the river.
Can I bring my kids?
Your kids are welcome to join at the Sauna Garden, but we cannot allow children under the age of 14 to use the sauna. All children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Children absolutely cannot go near the river!
Can I bring adult beverages or come enjoy the sauna after a few drinks?
We have a strict no alcohol policy to maintain the safety of our guests and the integrity of the wellness experience. Alcohol and substance use significantly increases the risk of harm when using a sauna. The Sauna Garden is a space focused on wellness, community, and intentional connection, and we reserve the right to turn away any patrons who may be under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
