The Sauna Garden in Minturn

We are absolutely thrilled to bring a one-of-a-kind wellness experience to Minturn with the Nomadic Roots Sauna Garden. The Sauna Garden will feature our luxury wood-burning sauna, two cold plunges, immediate riverside access, and the chillest outdoor lounge space for the ultimate recovery experience.

Our space at Little Beach Park is still in development, but we are prepared with a gorgeous backup location on Eagle Street to kick off the season! Both locations feature spectacular riverside access with mountain views, onsite parking, picnic areas, and are both easily accessed from downtown Minturn!

Early season hours begin June 13!

Thursdays & Friday 5-7 PM, and Saturdays and Sundays from 8-10 AM.

Sessions can be booked ahead of time using prepaid passes or drop-in rates, or you can stop by for sessions (they start at the top of the hour) with your pass or purchase a drop-in.

With each session you can enjoy the sauna, plunges in our tubs, relax between sweats in the outdoor lounge, and enjoy hydration support to ensure you leave the session feeling fully refreshed and ready to take on a day full of activities (or a good night of sleep!). Picnic tables are available for use as well!

Community sessions will be open for up to 6 people per hour. We encourage visitors to take advantage of the social benefits of sauna and get to know their neighbors and visitors while enjoying a sweat! Visitors are welcome to spend some additional time in the lounge area following your session, but please be mindful of others who wish to share the space if your session is finished.

Community sessions cannot be booked for private groups, but we are happy to accommodate private groups outside of our operating hours!
