Rent our mobile sauna for private use or book a wellness experience for your family and friends! We will bring the sauna to you and let you enjoy it on our own, or lead you through a wellness experience customized for you before guiding you through a sauna & plunge experience.
Mobile Athlete Recovery Lounge
Our mobile athlete recovery lounge is the ultimate solution for training days, competitions, athletes and teams to maximize recovery and optimize performance. Featuring an array of recovery technology and modalities, we are able to bring a state-of-the-art recovery lounge wherever it is needed to help athletes get back to 100% faster.
Daily Rental
First 24 hours: $375
Each additional 24 hrs: $225
Private Sauna Rentals
All private mobile sauna rentals require a flat, sturdy space large enough to park a 7x12 trailer.
Delivery is complimentary to Minturn, Vail, Avon, Edwards, for a $50 fee to Leadville or western Eagle County (Wolcott, Eagle, Gypsum).
All rentals include cold plunge upon request.
We provide ice, but water access needs to be available on-site.

Wellness experiences
book a private wellness experience for your group
Our 2.5 hour wellness experiences are designed to deepen connection, enhance recovery, and foster mindfulness.
Includes one-night sauna rental!
1. Yoga or recovery class
Enjoy a 60-minute yoga class or athlete recovery class guided by one of our wellness coaches. These classes can be customized to fit your needs and desires, and feature guidance from a trained and certified instructor to provide group and 1-on-1 coaching.
2. breathwork or meditation
Follow the yoga or recovery class with a sound-guided breathwork or meditation session to deepen the experience of relaxation and recovery. Our breathwork and meditation sessions are safe for all levels and can be modified.
3. sauna & Cold exposure
End your wellness experience with a guided sauna and cold exposure therapy session to maximize your recovery and enhance your relaxation, and then keep the sauna for the night!
Robes, towels, and cold plunge available upon request.
For groups up to 8 people in winter, 12 in summer.

Manual therapy

We also carry a wide offering of other manual therapy apparatus, including HyperIce® massage guns, foam rollers, massage balls, massage sticks, and monster bands. Our lounge has everything you need to support your muscles before and after a day of training or competing to get you back to 100%.
