The Minturn Sauna Garden is the Vail Valley's first and only outdoor public wellness space, offering community contrast therapy experiences just steps from the Eagle River in Downtown Minturn!
Enjoy 60 minutes of access to our wood-fired sauna & cold plunges, and relax and recline in the outdoor lounge, shaded by aspens and cottonwoods, with hydration support and plenty of space for a picnic!

Step 1: tell us what you want!
Fill out our contact form and let us know what you are dreaming of! Every party starts with a base of a 1-night sauna rental.
Then choose your add-ons from exceptional local practitioners, including massage, sound healing, yoga, pilates, and even food & beverage options!
Add-ons vary in cost and can serve groups from 2-12.
Step 2: We do the planning!
With your dream leading the way, we will make your party a reality!
We will coordinate with providers and send your itinerary for approval!
On the day of the event, we will be there to set up & run the show.
Step 3: relax, recover, reconnect!
Relax & enjoy the deepened connections & joyful state of mind that comes when you share wellness with your loved ones!
All parties begin with a base of a 24-hour sauna + luxury bundle!
