Every element of the contrast therapy experience brings a new challenge and new level of awareness and mindfulness that cannot be replicated any other way. We have loved our experiences in not only going through the hot-cold cycles for ourselves and our own well-being, but sharing this experience with others to encourage our community members to seek out simple challenges, quiet opportunities for connection, and deep mindfulness with Nomadic Roots.
