About the event
Nomadic Roots Sauna & Wellness will be set up at the Minturn Fitness Center for a Sauna & Plunge Pop-Up!
Sessions will be available starting at 2:00 PM until 7:00 PM, ending at 8:00 PM. Sessions are 50 minutes and include access to cold plunges. Individual sessions only (no group private reservations).
$25/hour for MFC members
$30/hour for non-members
