Nomadic Roots Sauna & Wellness is joining forces with Hygge Life Shop & Cafe to bring you Sauna Saturdays throughout the winter 2025-26 season! Elevate your après with a sauna session to boost recovery & deepen your connections with your people ✨
Book a private sauna session in our wood-burning sauna for up to 6 people and enjoy a complimentary beverage from the cafe, along with cold plunge & outdoor lounge. Sessions are sure to fill up early, so be sure to book your session in advance!
