About the event
Enjoy one hour of guided recovery modalities, followed by a guided contrast therapy experience in our mobile sauna and cold plunges (optional). End the session with 20 minutes of guided breathwork. This class will be about 2.5 hours long. Locker rooms are available for changing between sessions, and all equipment is provided. Please bring a towel/robe and swim suit for the sauna/plunges.
This class is limited to 8 spots. Cost is $75 for MFC Members and $100 for Non-Members. If you are a member of the MFC, please reach out for your discount code.
If this class fills up, we will offer an additional workshop prior to the 3:00 session from 12:00-2:30 PM.
